You should do better packaging, a simple bag is not e very good idea, it got smashed and one bottle spilled its guts. We were able to salvage must of it, but not all.

This product is great for muscle pain, nerve pain and pretty much any kind of pain. Do Not use on open wounds. Great product!

I love Biofreeze and have been using it for a few years. After a total hip replacement my PT was using the Professional Formula, and it is great. This is my second order from you for this product. First time was shipped in a bag and the pump unlocked up and leaked inside the bag, but only lost a little of the product. I reported it to you and on the second order, although I switched from the 16oz to the 32oz, it was shipped in a box and was delivered in perfect condition...THANKS!
